Peggy Roccio owns New Synergy Salon and has been a stylist for more than 30 years, also working as an educator. Before opening New Synergy she ran The Mane Event in New City for 15 years. Her training includes time with Paul Mitchell, Wella and Aloxxi. Blonde work is a specialty, from platinum shades to balayage and custom toning. She also fits several extension methods, among them sew-in wefts, K-tips and micro beads. Her other services include color, cuts, razor cutting and complete makeovers.
