Pauline Fairclough is CEO and Master Stylist at Natural Masters, and she has worked in the beauty industry for almost 30 years. She was first exposed to the industry as a teen, working in her sister's salon, and went on to found New Beginnings Beauty Salon about two decades ago. That business was later renamed New Beginnings Natural Hair Studio.
Natural hair is her main specialty. She cuts with scissors and mixes color to complement a style, and she developed a rodset technique using straw and rods to define natural curl. She co-launched the Natural Masters hair care line with her daughter Togia.
She also mentors young women who are interested in hair care, working with them in the salon.
