Paula Shuster

Paula Shuster is the founder and lead injector at ACE Aesthetics. She is a nurse practitioner with RN and MSN credentials and is credentialed in New Jersey and New York. She began as an ER nurse on a trauma unit in 2012 and worked in emergency nursing for more than a decade before moving into aesthetics.

She moved into aesthetic nurse practitioner work in New York City in 2016 and spent her early years in the field working alongside plastic surgeons there. She later managed and operated medical spas across New York, then founded ACE Aesthetics as a boutique and concierge practice.

Her work centers on facial harmonization, dermal filler placement, Botox and PRP, used to enhance a person's existing features. She also teaches the practice's one-to-one training program for MDs, PAs, NPs and RNs in aesthetic injections.
