Paula Russo

Paula Russo founded Wellness Refined, where she serves as clinical director. She is a family nurse practitioner with board certification and has practiced aesthetic nursing since 2001, a career now more than two decades long. Her background covers internal medicine, hormone care, metabolic health, regenerative treatments, laser work and aesthetic medicine. She holds the Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) credential from the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board and has finished advanced certification in hormone replacement therapy. Additional training covers women's hormone health, men's testosterone therapy, obesity medicine, GLP-1 and other metabolic therapies, PRP, PRF and PRF Gel for regenerative medicine, UltraClear laser resurfacing, advanced neuromodulator and facial contouring injection techniques, and neuromodulator protocols aimed at TMJ, migraine and hyperhidrosis. She has also completed advanced study in thyroid management and menopause care, has worked as a trainer in advanced aesthetic techniques, and is an active member of the Obesity Medicine Association. Her practice centers on neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser technology, regenerative treatments and facial rejuvenation, and includes concierge-style hormone therapy, thyroid and metabolic optimization, menopause and midlife care, pellet procedures and aesthetic injectables. She treats women and men for wrinkle-softening injections, facial balancing and skin rejuvenation.
