About
Paula Rodriguez is the creator of the Glamour Locks Hair Extension System and serves as the company's Creator and CFO. She trained at beauty school, then worked as a hairstylist in Southern California. Over more than 20 years in the industry she has moved from braid-and-sew work to holding a patent on her own system. Her work in hair extensions led her to aim for a less damaging method.
She created the tension strap tool the method uses and refined the method through years of installs and client input. Her U.S. design patent, No. 7,252,093 B2, covers the system.
