Paula Jung

Paula Jung is the provider and owner-clinician at Essential Injectables, where she works as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare. Early on she worked in critical patient care, including post-operative care after cardiac surgery and stress testing.

She later led several surgical disciplines before moving into nurse practitioner work, and her current practice centers on internal medicine, with patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment. She was trained in medical practice with a focus on the skin.

Her aesthetic work covers neurotoxin and filler injections, energy-based treatments, skin resurfacing laser treatments, skin rejuvenation and obesity treatment. For dermatology concerns she reviews symptoms and medical history to build a tailored care plan, and she will say when a treatment is not right yet. She keeps track of patients between visits and adjusts their plans based on how their skin responds.
