About

Paul E. Cox, MD, MS, is the Medical Director and a primary care provider at the clinic, and he has practiced in the Atlanta area for nearly 20 years. He completed a family medicine internship and residency at Atlanta Medical Center in 2002 and established his own solo practice, Paramount Family Medicine PC, that same year. His earlier education includes an undergraduate degree in political science and biology from Carson-Newman College, graduate study in exercise physiology at the University of Tennessee, and his medical degree from the University of Tennessee School of Medicine.

His aesthetic work began with Botox training in the early 2000s, followed by fillers and Sculptra. He completed an anti-aging medicine fellowship between 2008 and 2009 and finished board exams in the field by 2010. He was trained in Smartlipo in 2007 and performed it at Blue Medspa from 2007 to 2011 and at LaserMed in Alpharetta from 2011 to 2017. Genre magazine featured him for Smartlipo in September 2008. He has performed thousands of injectable procedures.

At the clinic he oversees medical weight loss and hormone care and treats adrenal issues, nutritional deficiencies and hormone needs. He also offers food sensitivity and gut health testing, along with a concierge family medicine service limited to a small number of patients each year.
