Pattie Kobe

Pattie Kobe started State of Mind Salon & Day Spa, where she works as a hair artist. Her other ventures include State of Mind Salon & Day Spa Inc, S.O.M Properties LLC, and the nonprofit Spice and Summit Project. Redken Fifth Avenue recruited her at 19, and a 17-year stretch followed in which she presented to audiences across the country. Over more than ten years, she held leadership roles with the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women program in Northwest Indiana, serving at one point as committee chair. Having worked in Northwest Indiana for close to three decades, she has served as a consultant to community leaders, with succession planning as a focus. Her business approach rests on financial stewardship, strategic growth and operational leadership. Guests can book with her on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and on some Sundays.
