Patrick S. Kelley, M.D.

Patrick S. Kelley, M.D. is a board-certified ophthalmologist and surgeon with the institute. He completed a fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery and holds a medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio. Over more than two decades in the United States Air Force, he served as chief of ophthalmology at several military installations. After retiring, he became an associate professor at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. His practice includes refractive and cataract surgery with intraocular lens implantation, along with cataract follow-up visits. He diagnoses and treats corneal disease, and he diagnoses and prescribes treatment for glaucoma.
