Parham A. Ganchi

Parham A. Ganchi is a plastic surgeon at Ganchi Plastic Surgery in Wayne, New Jersey, where he serves as Medical Director. He is board-certified in plastic surgery by the ABPS and is licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey. He was previously certified in general surgery, and he has served as a former Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at UMDNJ, where he trained plastic surgery residents. He has more than twenty years of experience in cosmetic plastic surgery. His education spans Princeton, Duke and Harvard, and he is Ivy League-trained. He earned a BA in Molecular Biology from Princeton, then a PhD in Molecular Biology and an MD from Duke University School of Medicine. He completed general surgery training at Brigham and Women's Hospital at Harvard Medical School and a plastic surgery residency at the Harvard Plastic Surgery Program, serving as chief resident in both. He performs brow lifts and forehead lifts, and he administers Botox, Dysport, Juvederm and Restylane, along with lipoinjection and laser treatments. He also performs facial and body fat transfer at the Wayne practice. For men, he performs gynecomastia surgery, male liposuction, nose surgery and hair transplantation using follicular unit extraction, and for men's rhinoplasty he shapes the procedure to each patient's facial proportions. He has experience with laser surgery, endoscopic procedures with minimal scarring, and reconstruction of deformities. He developed the proprietary Ganchi skin care formulations, and his patients come from around the world. He has received Castle Connolly Top Doctor for NJ and NY Metro since 2006, the Patients' Choice Award and Best of Wayne Plastic Surgeons since 2008, and listing among America's Top Plastic Surgeons by the Consumers' Research Council of America since 2006. He also received a Harvard Chief Resident Teaching Award and was a Golden Apple Teaching Award nominee at UMDNJ.
