About
Pang Vang is the founder of Pang Vang LLC and of JHADE Hair Salon and Crystal Eyes Lash & Brow Studio. She mentors aspiring and established beauty professionals on business ownership and planning for long-term careers. The booking page lists her as Stylist Pang.
She is licensed by the state as an instructor and cosmetologist, brings over 18 years of experience in the beauty industry, and keeps up with beauty education courses. In 2018 she launched a barber and cosmetology apprenticeship program at the salon, and in 2019 she created a permanent makeup internship program at Crystal Eyes.
In 2019 she received an Emerging Small Business Award from the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce. That year she also spoke at the Marketplace Governor's luncheon and took part in a Milwaukee Start Up Week panel on growth for women of color in business. She attended the Global National Achievers Congress in Dubai, where she met sales mentor Grant Cardone and recorded an interview with Gary Vaynerchuk.
