About
Pamela Lambert Gray founded the practice and serves as its injector. She is a board-certified physician associate with over 15 years in the field. She holds a biology bachelor's from the University of Denver and, earned with distinction in 2009, a master's in physician assistant studies from NYIT's osteopathic medical college in New York. Her additional training covers aesthetic medicine, plastic head and neck surgery and otolaryngology. Before moving to Indianapolis in 2020, she spent more than eight years at an ENT and facial plastics private practice in Southern California. In Indianapolis she is a provider with the Northside ENT and Chegar Facial Plastic Surgery groups. Her approach is precise and artistic, aiming for natural, refined results informed by her surgical training and her understanding of facial anatomy. Her particular focus is helping women work through perimenopause, menopause and midlife changes, and she values the one-on-one time with each patient. One client testimonial calls her thorough and easy to work with. She is an adjunct faculty member and assistant clinical professor with more than a decade of physician associate teaching, and serves as an active clinical preceptor in the Division of Facial Plastic Surgery and Medical Aesthetics. She was voted Best of the Inland Empire in 2019 for aesthetic services. She has served several terms as a state and specialty leader in the AAPA House of Delegates and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Association of PAs.
