Pamela Bond owns the business and works as an aesthetician, and also works as an energy practitioner. She has worked in beauty, wellness and cosmetic chemistry since 1983, and has more than 42 years in beauty and skin care. She trained with Brenda Morris of Elizabeth Arden, and Lancôme New York recruited her to open a beauty institute in Dallas.

In Dallas her clients included members of the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders and cast members of the television show Dallas. She became the most sought-after aesthetician in Dallas.

Her later training moved toward wellness and energy. She is a certified health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, earned in 2010. She trained with David Wolfe and Dr. Zach Bush in meditation, dietary theories and coaching techniques, graduated from The Four Winds, a school of energy medicine, in 2018, and has been certified in Emotion + Body Code since 2021. She offers energy ceremonies including Seven Chakra Illumination, Soul Retrieval and Bands of Power, and she pairs skincare with nutrition and mind-body-spirit work aimed at lifestyle change. She developed Quantum Beauty, which brings energy and intention into beauty work, and created the Threefold Repatterning Method, drawing on years of work with the body, energy, emotion and intuition.
