Pam Dougall

Pam Dougall owns Poppy & Plum Skincare and works as an Advanced Practice Esthetician and microblading artist. She has more than 20 years of experience in skincare and permanent cosmetics. Her initial training began in 2001, and she moved from design into skin care and cosmetic tattooing. Her focus is microblading and eyebrow shaping, along with personalized skincare treatments.

Her initial training was at A Permanent Solution in California, a school known for continuing education for nurses. Her most recent training was in microblading, instrumentation and color theory through Premiere Pigments in Texas. She has also trained in Hairline Stroke Technique, Color Theory and Medical Scar Revision, and she is fully certified in cosmetic tattooing and a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals.

She holds Minnesota Department of Health licenses for permanent cosmetics and eyebrow microblading, and a Minnesota Department of Health and Minnesota Department of Cosmetology license as an Advanced Practice Esthetician. She recommends a brow color based on a client's hair color and skin undertone.
