Pallavi Srivastava is the founder of MAX MD and a board-certified anesthesiologist and board-certified MD. She plans and performs every treatment herself, and treatments are not handed off to staff.

She places every dermal filler syringe personally and focuses on proportion rather than volume. Fillers and wrinkle-relaxing treatments are among the services she provides, and she plans each wrinkle-relaxing treatment individually at the consultation. Patients are seen for consultations to determine which treatments suit their goals.

She also uses ariessence pure PDGF+ as part of the hair restoration approach at MAX MD.
