About
Palina Antonovich owns FaceMe Aesthetics, which she established with Pascal Fajardo, MD, and serves as its clinical director. She also oversees the sister practice FaceMe Wellness Group, where she writes and monitors monthly wellness protocols. At the Coral Gables location she carries out nearly all treatments herself and provides XERF. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with 15 years of medical experience. Her career began in New York and New Jersey in 2010, and she later practiced in Miami. Earlier roles were at magnet hospitals and primary-care practices on the East Coast. Her training includes time under injectors and at academies in the United States, and she attends aesthetic symposiums. She is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and is currently working through the A4M Fellowship in Anti-Aging, Metabolic and Functional Medicine and the Fellowship in Longevity Medicine. She is expected to complete ABAAHP board certification in December 2026. She is an industry partner for Teoxane, DysportUSA, Augustinus Bader, Casmara, VAMP by Prollenium, Revanesse, Restylane by Galderma and Linder Health, and a Teoxane partner at AMWC Monaco. Her clinical focus is anti-aging and rejuvenation of skin, body and hair, using fillers, biostimulators, neuromodulators, PRP and PRF, XERF, Aura 3D, DP Derm 4 microneedling and ultrasound-guided injection. She evaluates a technology before using it with patients and adopts far fewer tools than she sets aside. She declines requests that would throw the face out of balance and will suggest a different treatment when it fits better. For PRP and PRF, she selects by area and goal, often uses both in one visit, and performs the blood draw, preparation and application herself under a documented protocol. She is also candid when PRP will not help, such as for replacing volume or lifting descended skin.
