Olga Slavin is the owner and founder of Flirt Beauty. She opened the first studio in a small office in 2018 and moved the salon into its Towson location in May 2020. She has been doing permanent makeup since 2017 and has created over 1,000 brows, eyeliners and lips.
Her training includes a bachelor's degree from a medical school, which underpins her focus on safety and hygiene, as well as two master's degrees, one in language teaching and one in human resources.
