Olga Khatko

Olga Khatko owns and founded ICUT Studio in 2021. She holds a Washington state license as a cosmetology instructor and is also a Washington State licensed cosmetology educator. Her training began at Evergreen beauty college, where she completed a cosmetology program and an instructor training program.

She has taken several hairstyling classes in Europe and competed there. She is certified as a fashion hairstylist designer through GK version and was the first accredited USA team coach for the Hairstyling World Cup in 2025. Her competition record includes a fashion hairstylist designer category award from GK version in 2023, team wins in GK hairstyling competitions in 2024, a first team place in the fashion team category that year, and an academy diploma at the international level in 2024. In 2025 she won the fashion look category at the Euro Cup and took silver in haute couture in Athens, Greece.

Her work centers on custom haircuts, curly hair, special event styling and fashion looks. She teaches both one-on-one and in groups, and keeps up with continuing education in cutting, color and occasion styles.
