Olena Kotelnytska

Olena Kotelnytska owns the studio and works as a makeup and brow artist, specialising in editorial and bridal work from Miami, where she moved in 2022 to open it. She is the founder of YL Studio INC. Her career started in education: she built her own brow and makeup training programmes, taught advanced eyebrow technique, and has trained and mentored artists since 2016. After relocating she obtained a U.S. beauty license. She is a Certified Member of the American Cosmetology Association (ACA), a Certified Trainer, and a member of the Union of Professionals of Ukraine and the Union of Beauty Industry of Ukraine (UBIU). She serves as a certified judge at international beauty championships, including BROWISTA USA, and wrote the educational manual 'Brow Master: Practical Course', which is included in the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine. She has worked backstage at New York Fashion Week, where she has also created editorial runway looks. She has worked on campaigns with designers, photographers and creative directors, and has done makeup for celebrity and private clients. On the production side, she has served as lead or supporting makeup artist on fashion projects for top-tier designers. She is accredited to work with Porsche Design and Armani Casa, and her work has appeared in Vogue Runway and Grazia. Press features include ELLE, L'Officiel Monaco, L'Officiel Ukraine, VOYAGEMIA, Gazeta.ua, Digital Journal and USA News. Competition results include finalist and winner placings at the IBI Awards, where she won the top award in 2026 for her work Trinity. She is also a finalist at the OMC Europe Cup Open 2025, a finalist and bronze winner at the OMC World Cup, and a world finalist for OMC Artist of the Year at OMC Hairworld. She takes part in the NAHA North American Hairstyling Awards. She is an award-winning brow artist. She works with private clients, brides, creative teams and global brands.
