Nyree Murray

Nyree works as a hairdresser and entrepreneur at ReeCreations in Brooklyn. Hair has been her focus since she was seventeen. She trained at Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy in Santa Monica, California. Her specialties span dramatic transformations, textured hair, editorial styling and everyday styling. Her work has appeared in Shuba and Elegant Magazine, and she has also been featured in Sticks & Stones, Elicit and Revolt. She was credited for hair on a Shuba Magazine editorial shoot in July 2019 and on the Reflections of the Floraissance editorial shoot. She approaches hair as a way to build an experience and convey a narrative, and she holds that looking good supports how people feel. During appointments, clients can expect to be heard without being judged.
