November is the owner and stylist at Back To Your Roots LLC. She started cosmetology school in 2008 and completed the program in 2009. Before graduating, she apprenticed at a high-end natural hair salon, working on a range of textured hair styles and with celebrity clients.
After school she joined a salon in 2009 and began building her own clientele. In 2011 she started her own business under the Back To Your Roots name. Her work centers on textured and natural hair, styling it while supporting its growth and health.
