Norma

Norma owns Echelon Studio, where she works as a master designer. She graduated near the top of her cosmetology class and went on to compete in the National Cosmetology Skills competition in Kansas City, Missouri. She has worked in creative cutting and color design for more than seven years. Her specialties are upstyles, braiding and corrective color. She holds certifications in Aveda creative color solutions and Full Spectrum Deep color, and she has completed training in design placement with Aveda color. Her education also includes Inoa ammonia-free hair color. She is certified in Coppola and Aveda smoothing treatments.
