Nora Aguilar

Nora Aguilar owns Skinmotive and works as its esthetician. She began working as an esthetician in 2022, the year she received her California state board esthetician license, and was hired at a spa two weeks after getting it, with no prior spa experience. Her training includes an esthetician diploma from Neihule Academy of Beauty in 2021 and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Business Law from Cal State Northridge in 2020. She is a certified Dermaplane professional.

She holds the role of Director of Education and Lead Esthetician at SkinAct, a skincare brand, where she works on its education development team as of 2026, and has developed a coordinated curriculum for licensed professionals. She has given live skincare demonstrations at beauty schools, including Neihule Academy, and at esthetician trade shows across the United States.
