About

Noi Thin owns Seattle 3D Brows and works as its master artist and educator. She started doing permanent makeup in 2014 from a home studio, after 28 years working as a cosmetologist, nail technician and makeup artist with a focus on brow shaping. She holds over 20 certifications, from brow styles and medical tattooing to lip blush, scalp micropigmentation and tattoo removal. She has travelled to learn from leading figures in the industry. She specializes in brow shaping, microblading, powder brows and hybrid brows, and scalp micropigmentation, and her signature style is color correction. She trains and mentors new permanent makeup artists, which she finds rewarding, and she teaches the MicroBlading and Digital Hair Strokes courses.
