Noelle Spinosa

Noelle Spinosa founded Noelle Salon in 1992, owns it, and works there as a hair stylist. She has more than 35 years in hair, with a focus on hair loss solutions, custom wigs, extensions and texture changes. She created the Veila pull-thru extension method, is trained in Bellami extensions, and has trained other stylists in extensions. She does Japanese straightening across all hair textures. Her clients have included Steven Tyler and Rosie Woods DiMare of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island. Her work has been featured by Chronicle Magazine, Channel 7 News, the WB morning show and the Boston Globe. In 2026 she was profiled by HuffPost and quoted by Yahoo Shopping on keeping hair healthy as it changes with age.
