Noelle Chen

Noelle Chen co-founded the salon and works as a stylist, colorist and educator. She brings more than 20 years of styling and color work, over half of it in teaching. She has served as Senior Artist for Kerastase Paris. Her starting hourly rate is $185. For more than 10 New York Fashion Week seasons she has worked backstage with designers including Marchesa, Zac Posen, Rodarte, SUNO, Rachel Zoe, Monique Lhuillier, Creatures of the Wind, Theory and The Row. Her work has been seen in Elle.com, Refinery29, Glamour and Birchbox. Long-term relationships with clients are what she values most about the job.
