Nilijah Williams is the founder and CEO of The Beauty Boutique. She started doing hair at 16, and it became her main source of income by then. She went to beauty school at 24, then worked in salons alongside hair artists she admired. She later graduated from Berkeley College with a degree in business administration in her early thirties. She has served hundreds of clients over the past decade.
