Nicoletta Gauci

Nicoletta Gauci is Director of Business at Kismet, with about 19 years in the beauty industry. She began by assisting artistic directors and later became one herself. She has worked on set, developed two bridal businesses and built a clientele in four major cities.

Her specialties include dimensional color, color corrections, grey blending, French grey blending and balayage, as well as long to medium length layered cuts and event styling. She has a particular interest in seasonal color analysis, dry cutting, balayage and velcro rollers. According to the salon, she has been nominated for four BTC One Shot Awards.
