Nicole

Nicole is a licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher and teacher trainer whose client work centers on prenatal and postnatal care. Schooling at the Swedish Institute ended with summa cum laude honors and a 4.0 grade average, and she began seeing prenatal and postnatal clients shortly afterward. Certifications include YogaWorks yoga teacher training and Bodywork for the Childbearing Cycle, which covers prenatal and postpartum care.

Her areas of focus are prenatal and postnatal work, Parent Massage, movement practice and yoga sessions. In hands-on sessions she combines guided breathwork, Swedish massage, deep tissue work and trigger point release, shaping each session from several methods to suit the client.

For nearly a decade she has taught yoga classes and teacher trainings in locations across the country, and she has led hundreds of hours of teacher training. She also teaches Kinesiology and Anatomy as a college instructor. Her plans for practice include virtual sessions, at-home visits and gym sessions, with a longer-term goal of opening her own massage therapy office.
