Nicole Nemiroff

Nicole Nemiroff founded Nicole's Beauty and Nicole's Beauty Academy. Her roles span esthetics, education, instruction and business ownership. She trained at South Hills Beauty Academy in Pittsburgh and is licensed as a nail technician and an esthetician. Early on, she worked in nails, body waxing and eyelash services, then moved to Atlanta in 2013 to build her career in beauty.

Her main areas are eyebrow shaping, waxing and tinting, along with facial treatments. She has more than 16 years of experience and ten years of running her business. She has taught brow waxing and tinting classes in Barcelona, Spain and Jamaica, and has led hands-on brow training and business masterclasses in several cities. In Montego Bay, Jamaica, she ran a two-day Brow and Business Masterclass hosted by Lagom Beauty School, plus another hosted by the International School of Massage and Beauty. Participants finish certified and set up to take on clients.

She mentors beauty school students, newly licensed professionals, established estheticians and people opening their own beauty businesses. Mentorship topics include building a business, pricing, client retention, marketing, brow artistry, skincare and launching a product line. Her talks cover entrepreneurship, mentorship, confidence, professionalism and the beauty business. She also speaks with youth groups and nonprofit organizations about skincare routines, hygiene and self-confidence. Her instruction includes career experience and business strategy alongside technique.
