Nicole Frontera

Nicole Frontera founded The Formula by Nicole Frontera and works as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She began her career as a nurse working alongside plastic surgeons in the United States and abroad, and has more than two decades of aesthetic experience.

Her background includes work as a clinical nurse educator at Cynosure, a panel role with Alma Laser Inc., and earlier work as an educator and speaker for the Allergen Medical Institute. She is also an educator at Revance Aesthetics, maker of the filler RHA, and an aesthetic injector trainer who hosts private and group training. In those sessions she teaches the Natural Needle Lift, a technique she created to balance and rejuvenate the face.

Her work centers on cosmetic injectables, and her wellness work includes hormone balancing through BHRT, the Testosterone Clinic, IV drips and vitamins, hair restoration, PRF gel injections and sexual health treatments. She also writes posts for the business blog.
