Neda

Neda is a color specialist at Neda Hair Design in Gaithersburg, where hair color is the core of her work. She has been in cosmetology since 2005. She creates her own color techniques and patterns, and has served as a mentor and private educator, teaching color methods and hair designs. Among the models and actresses she has worked with are Selena Gomez, Alicia Coppola, Ashley Tisdale, Bella Thorne and Eva Marcille Pigford. She was interviewed by the Korean channel JTBC, and her work has appeared in Italian Vogue, OK! Magazine, The LA Times, ESPN and other publications and TV programs. She is licensed and certified in hair, skin care, threading, full body waxing, makeup and special occasion services, and holds America's Color Specialist (ABCH). Her associations include Carlton Hair Designs, Dermalogica and Peter Coppola. Each appointment begins with a conversation about what the client wants, and she tailors each treatment to those needs while keeping up with the newest trends and looks.
