About
Nancy Vega owns The Shape of You. She is a medical massage therapist and integrative nutritionist and health coach, applying clinical know-how to whole-person care, backed by a wide range of training. She studied Ayurveda formally in London, UK, and has trained in Reiki in the United States and Mexico. Health and wellness certification work has taken her to Colombia, Costa Rica and Brazil, plus further programs across the United States in Utah, California and New York. Her focus is non-invasive detox and weight-loss body treatments, and she teaches those techniques to the spa's team.
