Nancy Doar is the owner and artistic creator of Permanent Cosmetics, with over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. She performs permanent cosmetics for eyebrows, eyeliner and lips.
She has completed additional hours of advanced training in permanent cosmetic techniques and procedures, and takes part in ongoing training in current trends as a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetics Professionals. She is blood borne pathogen certified and licensed by the state of Wisconsin, and her office is inspected by the Department of Health.
