Nahid Farzinzad

Nahid Farzinzad is the master practitioner and owner of Shihan Beauty Clinic in Avon, and she performs the studio's permanent makeup and aesthetic work personally. She has more than thirty years of hands-on practice and works as a permanent makeup master trainer and international educator who has taught on three continents. At the Avon studio she performs permanent makeup, facials, lash and brow services, threading, microneedling and paramedical pigmentation as a private, one-on-one practice on West Main Street.

Her credentials include board certification from the American Academy of Micropigmentation and Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional recognition from the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. She is also recognized as a Certified Paramedical Tattoo Professional and an SPCP Subject-Matter Expert, is an SPCP Professional Member and serves as an SPCP Approved Trainer. Her recent continuing education includes the 2026 SPCP Train The Trainer course, a 2025 SPCP Paramedical Tattoo Summit certificate and a 2024 SPCP Annual Convention certificate. Her training in advanced aesthetics and permanent makeup took place in Texas and New York, and she completed American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics basic training in 2013.

She holds a Connecticut esthetician license and a Connecticut tattoo-technician license. She leads the studio's permanent makeup apprenticeship as instructor. New clients start with a consultation that weighs their goals and suggests a treatment.
