Nadu Tuakli

Nadu Tuakli directs the Anti-Aging & Longevity Institute and is board certified in Preventive Medicine and in Family Practice, the latter through the American Board of Family Practice. She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Her degrees come from the University of Zambia and Harvard University. She completed residencies at Johns Hopkins and the University of Michigan, then post-doctoral training in Preventive Medicine at Johns Hopkins. She has training in Botox and filler injections. At Georgetown Medical School she holds an Assistant Clinical Professor appointment, and her teaching has reached medical students from Johns Hopkins and nurse practitioners from the University of Maryland.

She focuses on anti-aging and preventive medicine, treating menopause, andropause, erectile dysfunction and other hormone deficiency states with bioidentical hormones. Each patient gets an anti-aging program designed for them. She has been in private practice for more than 20 years, based in Laurel and Columbia, and has cared for families of all ages for over 25 years.

She runs the Peri + Menopause Cafe, a virtual group on perimenopause, menopause and midlife health. She presents seminars on health and anti-aging each spring and fall. Her media work includes a Discovery Health Channel series on anti-aging, radio appearances on WBAL, WHUR and 88.9FM, and the talk show Your Health on WVIE 1370AM in Baltimore. She has also volunteered medical services in Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, Haiti and Honduras. She is one of the first primary-care physicians in the region to recognize uterine embolization as an alternative to hysterectomy for women with fibroids.
