Myra

Myra is a massage therapist at Upper West Spa, where she joined the team in 2024. She has over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist and is a New York State licensed massage therapist. She graduated from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York.

Her work centers on Swedish and deep tissue massage aimed at chronic musculoskeletal pain, with relaxation as a goal as well. She is especially skilled in myofascial release, which uses sustained pressure on the fascia to ease tension and pain. Many of her clients come in with recent or long-standing pain and stiffness.
