Mycha Spencer is the founder and CEO of Haus of Charm and has worked in the beauty industry for nine years. The first five of those years were spent at a Redken Elite commission salon. Mycha later started the salon studio that became Haus of Charm.
Education has included travel across the United States to study hair color and hair extensions. Mycha received a full scholarship to DKW Academy, a program focused on NBR hair extensions and business skills, and works with NBR extensions as a specialty.
