Morgan Rawe

Morgan Rawe owns Rawe Beauty in Newport and serves as the Peace Hair Company regional extension educator for Northern Kentucky. She began as a part-time freelance makeup artist in 2017, after previously working in the medical field, and later moved into cosmetology. Cosmetology school is where her interest in teaching other stylists took shape.

Her work centers on hair extensions, which make up most of the business, along with hair color correction and corrective extension work for extensions installed by other stylists. She also teaches weft and K-tip extension courses to other stylists. She is a triple certified extension specialist and an authorized Peace Hair Co instructor, and she has trained more than 100 stylists.

She starts each extension service with a consultation to assess hair type, lifestyle and goals before recommending a method. She is honest about what is possible for a client's hair type and does not over-promise results. Her priority is the health of the hair over quick fixes, and she teaches clients how to care for their extensions at home and recommends regular maintenance visits. She treats clients like family rather than as routine appointments.
