Morgan Gale

Morgan Gale, CRNP, serves as medical director of Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center, a practice he established in 2018. His work with lasers started in 2007, and in 2008, while still working as a registered nurse, he opened a laser center in Bethesda, Maryland. Over more than 23 years he has carried out cosmetic laser and injectable treatments and has used more than 30 laser systems and injectable treatments. He studied biology in the Scholars Program at the University of Maryland, finishing in 2001, earned a nursing degree from Howard Community College in Columbia, Maryland, and completed a master's degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner at Walden University in 2016. He is board certified through the American Board of Laser Surgery, with a focus on cosmetic and aesthetic laser procedures, and he is an elected Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

Galderma named him an Expert Injector in 2012, and in 2020 Allergan Medical Institute appointed him as a trainer and speaker. He travels along the East Coast teaching providers about the science behind Botox and Juvederm and how to use them correctly. His specialties are cosmetic laser and injectable treatments. He won the Aesthetic Everything Award for Top Nurse Practitioner in 2019 and 2020, and DC Magazine named him a top health and beauty practitioner every year from 2020 through 2025.
