Monica LeBay

Monica LeBay owns Hair Contrast Co. and leads the team, with more than 20 years of experience in hair. Her work centers on hair loss solutions and extensions, including Hair Mesh Integration and the Contrast Scalp system, and she works especially with women who have fine or thinning hair. She also works on vivid colors and dimensional blends, and she cuts curly hair, including layered curly cuts and bangs. She mentors stylists in extension and hair loss training and teaches the Contrast Crown Prosthetic Certification with the SkalpD Method course, focusing on how to serve women with thinning or fine hair. She founded The ReCrown Initiative, and it directs donation, sponsorship and volunteer inquiries to her.
