Monét founded the Monét Obree brand in Columbus, Ohio, and continues to steward it. Her 2011 credential is a bachelor's degree in fine arts, with illustration as the field, from Columbus College of Art & Design. Her beauty training began at Casal Aveda Institute, where she received three full scholarships, and in 2015 she became a licensed Managing Esthetician and Nail Technician. She has since added study in eyelash extensions, permanent makeup, cosmetics formulation, yoni steam facilitation, coaching and software development. Her current services are body waxing, lash extensions and brow care. She also oversees The Spa Cubator and The Cubator Software, which are built to support beauty and wellness professionals.
