Molly Hill

Molly is a stylist at Haven Hair and began her career in hair in 2004. She trained at the Chesterfield Technical Center in Virginia, where she received a cosmetology license, and later earned a business degree in small business and entrepreneurship from VCU.

She worked at several salons in the Midlothian area before opening an independent studio, which she ran for seven years before moving to Haven Hair. Her specialties are balayage and specialty blonding techniques.

She works as a HaloCouture distributor. The brand's extensions are self-applied, come in hundreds of styles, lengths and colors, and are made with 100% Remy human hair. She sets realistic expectations for hair results and tailors color and styles to each client's lifestyle, aiming for wearable, low-maintenance results.
