Misty Blú

Misty Blú is founder and master stylist of Out The Blú Beauty Bar in Kansas City, MO. She holds a Cosmetology and Manicurist License from the Missouri State Board of Cosmetology and is a licensed cosmetologist. She trained at House of Heavilyn Beauty College in cosmetology, manicuring, barbering and theory, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance from Park University in 2010. She is a member of Beta Alpha Psi. She has over two decades of experience in precision haircare and scalp health, and over 20 years in beauty and entertainment. Her work spans precision cuts and color, short barber cuts for women, silk press styling and loc work, plus scalp detox, bond repair, protective styling and corrective haircare planning. Guests come to her for precision, professionalism and consistency.
