About

Missy Minning is a licensed brow tattoo artist and the resident tattoo artist at Options, where she has worked since 2019. She has been a licensed brow tattoo artist for over 10 years and has performed brow tattoo services for more than seven years, having begun brow tattooing in 2017. She has also given pedicures for over 25 years and is a licensed nail technician who also works as a permanent jewelry artist. Her brow work includes powder brows and nano brows, and she offers fine line tattooing. She completed a brow tattoo training course, practiced on latex skins for about a year before working on models, and took further courses in machine techniques. In 2020 she completed a sub-specialty course in fine line tattooing. She encourages clients to learn about the permanent makeup process beforehand and recommends a free consultation.
