Miss Kenna is the co-owner of the salon and a stylist there, and she has been a stylist for over 13 years. She worked in fast-paced salons before moving into children's hair, and she cuts hair for adults and whole families as well.
Her focus is children's haircuts and sensory haircuts for kids with special needs or sensory differences. She offers lobby cuts, where children play while getting their hair cut, and she engages children through conversation and pop it toys. Many of the children she works with are shy, nonverbal, scared, or have sensory differences.
She recommends that families book with her each time for familiarity. Her hours are Mondays 11am to 7pm, Tuesdays 10am to 2pm, Wednesdays 11am to 7pm, Fridays 2pm to 5pm, and she is open on Sundays. Thursdays and Saturdays are off.
