Misha

Misha is a movement and wellness teacher and a Sanctuary instructor at Higher Order. She trained as a yoga teacher while at university, and after that training she began teaching, moving her emphasis from performance toward presence and inner awareness. She has kept teaching since relocating to the United States, and her work spans yoga, meditation, Pilates, stretching and mobility, and Kundalini breathwork.
