Miranda Ray

Miranda Ray owns SPA Face + Body and works there as a massage therapist. Her career in the spa field began in 2007, and across more than 19 years she has worked at upscale day spas in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and at a chiropractic practice that concentrates on therapeutic massage. From 2013 to 2018 she shared ownership of Beauty Lane Spa in Waxahachie, and in June 2018 she became sole owner of SPA Face + Body Waxahachie.

She trained in massage at ATI-Career Institute in North Richland Hills, Texas, graduating at the top of her class. Her studies covered anatomy and physiology, several massage styles (Swedish, prenatal, reflexology, sports and trigger point), heat and cold methods, hydrotherapy, body treatments, stretching, health and hygiene, blood borne pathogens, ethics and business management. She has since added continuing education in cupping, aromatherapy, and treatment for headaches and back pain, and she also teaches massage therapy.

Her practice centers on therapeutic massage for chronic muscle pain and tension. She also welcomes clients looking for a temporary break from everyday stress.
