About
Miranda owns Polished PNW and works as its nail artist. She completed a nail tech apprenticeship of 2000 hours of on-the-job training, 1400 hours more than nail tech school, and worked at two salons with different techniques along the way. She began doing friends' nails while in esthetics school, and later received an esthetics license after studying for a Master Esthetics license.
After the apprenticeship she chose to concentrate on dry techniques. She opened Polished PNW in November 2021, when no nearby salon offered those services. She earned a BA in History from Eastern Washington University.

- The approach centres on preserving the natural nail, using an adapted version of the Russian manicure and pedicures that skip the water bath.
