About
Milla Rosen is a permanent makeup artist and educator at Elite Institute of Micropigmentation in Atlanta, and heads Scalp Masters Atlanta. She is an AAM board certified permanent makeup and microblading artist and educator. She spent about ten years as an engineer before moving into the beauty industry. She holds a master's degree in electrical engineering. She started as a makeup artist with Trish McEvoy and later trained as a skincare specialist, earning an esthetician license. Her first permanent makeup class was nearly twenty years ago, and she regularly takes advanced masterclasses and trainings abroad. She has performed thousands of permanent makeup and microblading procedures. Her work covers permanent eyebrows, microblading, eyeliner, lips, scar camouflage, areola re-pigmentation and scalp micropigmentation. She performs permanent eyeliner and lip procedures and works with clients who have hair loss, alopecia, and those seeking corrective cosmetic services.
